FAQ :o)

How long will shipping take?

• Please give me about 1-2 week to get your  order together. Shipping can take around 1-2 weeks for domestic shipping. International shipping can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks for shipping. For Preorders shipping can take around 4+ weeks to ship!

Cancelations/ Refunds

• I unfortunately do not offer refunds or cancellations. So please be mindful when placing an order!
  

Package stolen/ Lost

• Once packages are shipped out it is out of my control on what happens to them. Unfortunately if your package is stolen or lost it is your responsibility to file a claim with the postal service. As much as I would like to offer a refund or replacement I can not afford to refund/replace orders, as I am only a one person shop.

Ordering other items with a preorder item

• I you order stickers, keychains etc. with a with a preorder item, they will be shipped together with the preorder item once it is ready to be shipped!
• If you need the other items sooner it is recommended to make a separate order so that you can receive the other items in a timely fashion

Untracked/ Tracked Mail

• There are will be two options for mail delivery when you enter check out! Standard Shipping and Untracked Sticker Mail!
• For standard shipping it is your typical shipping label on your package + your tacking number. Standard shipping typically applies to everything in the shop!
• For the untracked sticker mail that is for sticker only orders! Since they are so small they don't need the huge package or the shipping labels. So those will be sent out in an envelope with postage!
• Now If you want to have your stickers tracked you can pay for tracked shipping but it will cost more! So just keep that mind!
